This cosy 48 m² gîte is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden and surrounding fields. From the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the sun, the sound of crickets and the peaceful surroundings all day long.
The parents’ bedroom (double bed) is also on the ground floor, next to the living area. Upstairs, a charming mezzanine offers two single beds, ideal for children.
This gîte can be rented together with La Gentiane, making it suitable for a family or group of up to 8 people.
GENTIANE**(4 -5 guests)
Gentiane is our other gîte, located right next to Coquelicot. This charming chalet for 4 guests also features a private terrace overlooking the garden and the Sancy Massif. The bright and spacious living area is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun.
The gîte has two ground-floor bedrooms (one with a double bed and one room with a single bed and a bunk bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals.
It is possible to rent Gentiane together with Coquelicot, making it ideal for a family or group of up to 8 guests.
Primevère is a holiday rental located on the first floor of the former barn (approximately 60 m²). Bright and spacious, it features a south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers all the comfort you need.There is one bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds.

Colchique is a spacious apartment of over 80 m², suitable for 4 to 6 guests. The two bedrooms accommodate two and three people respectively, and the comfortable living room also features a sofa bed.
In the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, you can prepare meals while chatting with family or friends relaxing on the sofa nearby.
The apartment has two separate entrances: one via the staircase in the barn, and the other through the north-facing terrace, which provides direct access to the parking area.
GENET*** (4 guests)
Genêt offers 60 m² of comfort for 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, accommodating two and two people respectively. The living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Through the patio door, you step out onto the south-east-facing balcony, which overlooks the surrounding landscape.
CROCUS*** (4 guests)
Crocus is a spacious 62 m² apartment for 4 guests. It features two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom, a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a south-facing furnished terrace.
JONQUILLE***(4 - 5 guests)
Jonquille is an 80 m² apartment for 4 to 5 guests. It features a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet, and two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). There is an extra bed in the living area.
Through the terrace door, you step out onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the garden, the surrounding countryside, and the Sancy Massif.

Not only because we are located in a protected natural area, within the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d’Auvergne, but also because, as a family, we are genuine nature lovers. By combining full insulation with an environmentally friendly heating system, we manage energy efficiently. The building materials we use are chosen to be as eco-friendly as possible. All cleaning products are readily biodegradable, and our other waste is recycled whenever possible.
Spending your holidays at Clos Saint-Sauves therefore also means making a positive contribution to nature. And that already makes a difference.
